The MSC pyramid structure collects ocean water underneath with an inside verticle axis wind power unit.  The wind power unit circulates the water through the inner walls of the pyramid structure, letting the sun bake the water.  The water bakes to a temperature of around 95 degrees fahrenheit.  As the hot air rises, the pyramid acts like a natural water and energy design system. No high tech computers are needed. I saw this concept at the Las Vegas World Energy Convention. It received many thumbs up.
